Mark08 is correct though, Williams has zero chance of making it as a CB for Liverpool.
Philllips on the other hand is decent CB cover, and I’m telling you that if Klopp gets the financial support this summer that is warranted, he will move for Gvardiol. He wants Liverpool over Chelsea all day long!

As I've said on here a few times, Williams is the worst centre back I've ever seen play for us and certainly the slowest. He couldn't even cut it at Kidderminster. Shouldn't be anywhere near our squad.

Looking at social media today there was certainly a campaign by the Chelsea fans to get Mount, Gallagher and Havertz out. Liverpool are not as bad as some other fan groups for that kind of stuff.

@Babbity, human nature being what it is, the fans of all clubs are the same. I find it odd that there is a claim that the fans have never wanted to get players out when, only yesterday, someone was offering to drive Keita to any new club that wants him.

WDW I never said fans have never wanted to get players out. I just disagree with Ed2's assessment that Liverpool are one of the worst fan groups for it. In fact, I think we are one of the better ones generally speaking as far as elite clubs go. These clubs have millions of followers worldwide and anyone can support whoever they want so you are going to get bad apples in all fanbases and there is no way to police that.

I know Babbity, Ed02 was being a smidgeon provocative but people on this board do want players out. Thing is, by and large, they probably couldn’t organise a p#ss up in a brewery let alone an organised campaign to get rid of someone.
