Mmmm, cause it's not like Rodgers to fudge himself with his mouth. If true, what a player and he has only improved since we bid around £12m last summer. Better player for free (yes,nothing's free) it's surely a no brainer.
Can he not play up front? Or a front four or Sterling Coutinho Ibe and Kono all swapping wings and central. Defenders nightmare.

I know, I was being ironically. To be honest we have plenty of players in this position. I know he is free, but bringing this guy in would mean that £20 million Markovic won´t be used. Furthermore, the likes of Ojo, Teixeira, Kent and Wilson will get fewer chances to break into the 1st team.

Complete no brainer if he's on a free. Very clever player who always asks questions of defences. If we're getting £30-40m for Sterling and Kono for free I'll be well made up.

None of the above are true wide players, which konoplyanka is. I also believe he is better than all of the above. bar coutinho who isn't a wide player
