Would love to pick your brains on transfers.
Centre half, I know Matip has come in but do you think we will go to the market with skrtel going and issues with sahko. Are you aware of specific transfer targets in this area?
Midfield. Dahroud and zielinski have been discussed. I know ed2 hopes we stay away from zielinski. Are these players what we need. I have a feeling Allen and Lucas will be moved on. Now I would love us to go for will Hughes. I know its random but what's your thoughts on him .
Attackers, we failed to get texeria in jan. This tells me we are looking at a wide attacker who can score reguraly. Goetze and mane have been linked. Is there anyone else that fits that mould. I would love to see mane.
{Ed002's Note - I have mentioned Subotic before and it is not out of the question that if circumstances force the issue he might be a viable option. If you want a wildcard that Liverpool have been approached about previously - Marc Bartra of Barcelona.
As I said the other day, the interest in Hiughes has long gone.
Goetze is of interest - I am not aware of any approaches for Mane, legal or otherwise, from Liverpool.}

Thanks ed, very informative. So in relation to cb. You mentioned subotic and Batra. Who is the better option and why.

Having seen both Subotic and Bartra, I can tell you Subotic is a far superior centre back. Bartra would struggle with high balls as he's only about 6ft and is not a particularly physical player, the fact that Barcelona are actively seeking to offload him should tell you everything you need to know. I hope we pass the ''opportunity' to sign him.

Still haven't forgiven Bartra for not pulling down bale and letting him run around the stadium to get the ball and score.

Not that Tah would want to leave Bayer for us. I'm just trying to think of alternatives that are good enough and may actually want to come. Is Subotic still even possible since Hummels left?
