As a Sharkopod listener, and a listener to other teams not just our own, I'll say that Fonte (given what was said in the United Sharkopod) is more or less nailed on to join them. That is where he wants to go, that is where the strongest interest lies and also where the largest transfer fee for Southampton lies - he won't be going to us.
Oh, and to add to this, Ed002 in particular has made the situation about Sakho very clear: he wants to go to a top tier club - that rules out Southmapton. Our financial demands are also quite high which would also rule out Southampton. I'd ignore everything in the papers - they don't write the truth, they write stories to try and facilitate sales - take it (both sports news and general news) with a massive pinch of salt!
