Just a quick question for ed01 if your around? Just wondered, with Liverpools lack of quality at the back for the last few years, did you ever have interest in Bailly? I think we've made a very good signing there. At 22 I think he can go in to become one of the best CB in the world. With you playing Villarreal last year etc was any interest ever shown in him from LFC? And do you rate the lad?

{Ed001's Note - no interest that I am aware of. I believe he was considered to be too raw and it might be a risk to get him with his lack of Prem (and overall) experience. Big mistake in my opinion as he is an excellent defender. Now he is back to full fitness after his injury, he has been outstanding for you at the back again.}

Reason I asked on here was because I was wondering if Liverpool showed interest.
Ed, I agree, considering the seasons been a bit stop start with ACON and a couple of injuries, every time he has played he's been outstanding. Looks the real deal. Need to find him a partner now.

I associate with some good Salford Utd supporters.
I tell everyone but them that I hate the team they're associated with, only to associate with them with a massive mutual respect.
I think the hatred and malice lasts for ninety minutes a time, with an occasional half hour of fisticuffs for the thick ones.
I think I've come to the conclusion that ALL of us football fans are in fact pure helmets, especially Utd reserves due to move adjacent to the royal blue Mersey.

United did pay a hefty fee for him, certainly raised my eye brows at the time. Can understand why we never got involved at that price. Could work out to be a bargain but that's the risk with football players.
