Hopefully we go for him next season when we replace Coutinho. Don't see how Real can guarantee him first team football with Casemiro, Modric, Isco and Kroos in the squad.

Just a rumour that apparently he would be happy to join IF we sold Coutinho and needed a replacement.
No fee or agreement is in place and Juve have also apparently been quoted some crazy figure like £80m plus for Kovacic at some point this summer which means that Liverpool probably wouldn't bother anyway.
Just news for the sake of news but nothing in it.

Kovacic is quality addition to the depleted midfield. What's with verbal agreement anyway? Just get him already, we have less than 8 days left. come on man.

Looks a really good player. Everyone knows we have a slightly thin squad but then people say we already have enough midfielders. We have a lot of midfielders, yes, but we play with five. LW LM CM RM RW. We need a CB yes and I still believe we will sign vvd. It's been on the cards all summer. Our new LB looks brilliant and I have to say, I did call that one. Kovacic would be a class addition. Forget about the word "replacement" coz Phil is going nowhere😠we could do with a bit more creativity to feed our classy forward line. I don't think we will see a game where one of Mane, firmino or salah doesn't score.
Don't worry about the CB problem. That fact we haven't moved for someone other than VVD tells me we have all but got our man. Also, people scream that we need defenders. Let's not forget the last game we played we had a clean sheet and JM was immense against a pretty dangerous attacking team. Palace are lacking on a lot of areas, but a forward pair of Benteke and Saha is as good as anyone. Liverpool shut them out.
Kovacic is the sort of addition I've been waiting for all summer. I really hope it happens.
To end, I predict we are going to win the league. City aren't going to gell straight away. United have had a couple of decent results against relegation fodder but their weaknesses are going to be exposed when they come up against decent opposition and again, their team spirit will disappear. Chelsea will struggle to get in the top four and I think Arsenal and liverpool will be fighting it out for the title. We are the two most settled clubs. The others are full of new faces who aren't used to getting battered at West brom or stoke. Physically. Lacazette and Mane fighting it out for the golden boot. Spurs europa league qualification and then next year we move for Deli Ali.

are you seriously saying we are going to win the league based on beating Crystal palace 1-0.
give it 20 games before jumping to that conclusion! we drew 3-3 to watford last week, so I think a bit of patience is necessary.

Too right RNRED, we won the European cup with rafa beating teams 1 0. 3 points is 3 points. We are going to need lallana back coz we miss his intelligence. But I think our first team is better than anyone else's. We have a great manager. We bought three players, two of which were written off straigt away, Robertson and solanke have surprised us, they have been excellent so far. Our squad looks stronger already and I think we are going to win every game.

Actually it would b nice too get kovacievic plus a defender at the very least anythin less an we officially have no ambition to do well this season its obvious the squad needs depth, an how is it its only us fans who see that.

Yeah we drew against watford but I think it's pretty clear we should have won that game. We won all but one pre season game we won two out of three proper games.
Cannot believe all the thumbs down from liverpool fans when I say "we will win the league" carry on with the pessimism. Talk about "Supporting your club"

Love the pessimism guys. Do you think chelsea, city, spurs and united fans are not thinking "we are going to win the league" of course they are and I don't understand why reds fans aren't thinking the same? Looks like pc is staying, we bought three top players. And our squad was thin but brilliant last year. We have the best first eleven in my opinion.
