The man is dripping with nonchalant charisma. You can see it from head to toe. He's smart and clever enough to know that it's only about the football and the results and he's stressing that from day 1 because this is what will resonate with the fans and the media. And I know for sure that when the bad moments come (and there will be a few) we will not be forcefed crap like "we're still rebuilding" and "you can't fire me because I'm the best coach you ever had". Sick and tired of that crap.
