This might be a daft question but would like to understand better.

Players go through a medical > they either pass or fail.

So the club choose if they take a risk or not.

I assume footballers have insurances in view of injuries and the like?

So the question is, is it that a failed medical would make the insurances void, or something else that would stop a club buying a player who failed a medical.

Do the club exercise a payout right?

{Ed002's Note - The clubs insure the players. The cost varies according to their value and how much the club want to insure the players for. The insurance takes account of risk - and the risk given an injury history which is not good, will increase. I have no idea what a “payout right” is.

Probably the incorrect legal term, I mean in the event of a serious injury, would the club be entitled for loss of income. I suppose there is no way to determine “true financial loss”. So would the club receive some insurance payout?

Nobody denies Henderson's passion and willingness to work like a tireless donkey. However, its becoming more apparent, Liverpool don't threaten as well with Hendo in the side. Can and Gini's performances prove they work together well.

Don't agree with Spooked comments; we have shown more desire to win the ball back and also have a stronger attacking presence without hendo and there are many stats out there to prove it.
