just throwing it out there eds, but any idea where ben arfa is heading? they says he turned down besiktas and birmingham, and wants to stay in the prem? but where? I liked he's play couple of years ago, but doesn't played anymore, be it his attitude or whatever, but on the pitch I used to enjoy watching him, cheers
{Ed002's Note - There was an interested club but he was priced out of a move there. Offers of loans will likely fall on deaf ears. Maybe something will happen with him later but it won't involve Liverpool.}

hey eds. I rarely ever post. i'm more of a religious daily reader of the site. I no nobody and have no "connections" anywhere in the football world! but just taught i'd share, my mate was in Liverpool for the weekend with his missus. today they got the tour of anfield. and the guys who were giving the tour told him expect an announcement big tomorrow or tuesday. any ideas? could it just be about lallana or could it be something else? cheers

away from transfers for a minute.
just found out i will be in london the weekend of 21st october.
and luckily we are down playing spurs that weekend.
how hard would it be to get tickets in the away section, one for me and one for the son.
never been at an away match and never been to wembley.
so this opportunity is very exciting :)

You won't get one through the club, no chance.
You will have to pay through the nose via a third party or tout.

i just taught it may be easier, 73k for the chelsea game, 67k at the burnley game.
surely getting a home ticket would be easy?

Have to buy them on the secondary market Devers, which will cost a massive premium. Make sure you get them in the away section though as that's where the atmosphere will be. Always had a great time going away, but always found the older grounds better for atmosphere. Remember being in the away end at Craven Cottage and the whole stand was shaking as the Lucas song was being sung by the whole liverpool contingent. Absolutely brilliant! On the flip side, the emirates is like a library. Having been to Wembley a few times, I would suggest running out of the stadium as soon as the final whistle goes, nightmare trying to get back into central London from the stadium after a game if your not on your toes.

Spurs are only giving away support a miserly amount of seats (understandable) and you have to have had some previous interaction with the club to buy a ticket in the home end to stop away fans getting their hands on tickets.

hey eds. not a rumor just a question. reports saying dave fallows is flying out to do the deal, and i'm just wondering, why is it not ian ayre? would it be because of the salah transfer(sorry to bring it up!) or is it usually fallows that does this travelling for talks? cheers
{Ed001's Note - Ayre is just one of a number of people who have the power to make deals happen and sign off on them. I believe Chelsea have two people, we have at least two as well, now. The Salah deal is not relevant at all, Fallows is now in charge of this area of business and would have been running point on any other deals anyway.}

did gerrard come out and say about bayern wanting him to show suarez what loyalty means, saying a champions league team came in for him but he rejected. he really wants luis to stay I think, with our signings and what were linked with ( costa ) if we get a gud center back and luis stays, I really think we have a chance this season. and by the way the site already feels like better reading today. cheers eds, glad people gota register. gudluck to stevie today. a true legend of our club
