Love this site but have only posted a couple of times. This must have been covered previously but how are Sky allowed to run a sports news channel and a betting company? Surely a conflict of interest with one fuelling the other. 12 noon sky sources say Arsenal are in for Lemar, 6 hours of betting ensues then Sky sources say, we understand Arsenal have withdrawn Lemar interest. Criminal.
{Ed002's Note - Sky is only a minority owner of SkyBaet (20%) and have internal processes that stop this. The Gaming Commission has looked at this a couple of times and have no concerns. However, there clearly is the potential to influence matters. The Lemar example is poor as Arsenal had a bid accepted by Monaco but there was insufficient time to conduct the medical whilst he was preparing for a game. So they called it as it was.}

Fair assesment ed. So that must mean that we also have insufficient time to conduct a medical and get it done?

That's fair ed but I thought one of the eds mentioned today that a medical can take place after the window shuts?

Came across this site for the first time when we were trying to bring the Konoplyanka deal over the line, been hooked ever since. Macca has called Keita and Ox deals all summer. Every LFC fan needs to know about this site and not bother with anything else., not sure the eds would cope though. Top, top site! Respect to Macca and the Eds.

Players come and go (and he may yet stay - against his will) . My only disappointment is him turning out for Brazil in this moment - but you're right, we don't know the full facts.
