Hey Ed's and reds.

I have two questions if that's okay.

First do you know if Daniel Agger will be coming back to the club? Maybe as a coach or anything like that?

Secondly due to the unfortunate passing of my Girlfriend 2 days before Christmas I want to start going to more games and kind of live my life. How do I go about getting tickets for away games closer to me in Gloucester? (may i say just coming to this page daily like normal has given me a sense of normality so thank you)

{Ed002's Note - (a) Agger is not a coach. (b) I am sorry to hear about your girlfriend. West Brom, Stoke and Swansea would be the nearer teams but Liverpool will be a big draw. Aside from scalping tickets or paying for some sort of hospitality I would think a Membership scheme would be the best option.}

Very sorry to hear about your girlfriend mate.

2.) 16 Mar 2017 16:23:58
Sorry for your loss buddy. I am assuming 1992 is your birth year, so she must've been taken at a cruelly young age.

I hope you find your inner peace soon mate and can continue to live the life she would've wanted you to live.

In terms of tickets, it may not be everyone's cup of tea but if you really want to watch Liverpool play a live game of football in the stadium, it is much easier to get tickets for pre-season games or u23's games. It is also far more affordable.

By doing this I got to watch Raheem Sterling score his first ever senior goal against Bayer Leverkusen and see Wilson, Woodburn and Gomes destroy MK Dons. When you are watching in the ground you get engrossed in the occasion and can easily forget that it is just the kids/ reserves! Liverpool red, is Liverpool red!

Thanks ed,
Any chance of a ambassador role or anything like that? He is just a player that was always loyal to the club.
Unfortunately she passed away in her sleep. Was only just 20. It's cruel but life goes on just trying to stay positive.
I will look into the membership scheme. I'm happy to watch any games really pre season seems like a good shout. I'm more then happy to travel to Liverpool just rather stay a bit more local. Thank you.

{Ed002's Note - I wouldn't think so.}

Sorry to hear that buddy, hope you can move on and get back to normality. May she rest in pace #YNWA.

Just seen a rumour online PSG to replace the united bound sweedish legend with our Daniel sturridge for £50 million. Just thought I'd leave this in the banter section.

Hey eds just signed up but long time reader (few times a week over the last few years) . Would like to say thank your all your hard work.
My question is do you see Agger ever coming back to liverpool as a staff member? I know he loves the club.
Thank you.

JCH1992

{Ed001's Note - no way of knowing for sure, but I know he would love to be back at the club. I really hope so, there are very few who turn down a 'name your price' deal with Barcelona to stay with us. I could certainly see him getting involved as an ambassador.}

1.) 23 Jan 2016 06:05:22
Thanks ed.
Do you know if he has taken any coaching badges or anything like that?
Massive respect for Agger for the commitment. Shame he left the club i felt he could have still been usefull for a season or two more.

{Ed001's Note - I am not sure, I remember him spending spare time on his foundation, I can't remember if he also did his badges, though he has had time to do them since leaving for Brondby.}

2.) 23 Jan 2016 06:12:18
Thank you very much. Amazing as always.

{Ed001's Note - sorry I can't say more, I know Brondby wanted him to coach with them, but I just don't know if he decided to or not. Due to his health, he might have been unable to, as he spends a lot of time being treated to get fit for the next match.}

3.) 23 Jan 2016 08:26:12
Ed, what actually happened when he left. I know it was Rodgers mainly. But he was very respectful when he left and didn't slate the man as many other players in his position probably would. Sad loss for the club. Loved him as a player, his runs always seemed to draw a foul in great positions lol I guess just more clueless management, wasting money on 2-3players when a great one already playing at the club.

{Ed001's Note - Rodgers wouldn't pick him even when fully fit, so he left. He did say that he left because of Rodgers, but he could have said a lot more!}

Edd001, that's incredible about the Barcelona offer. I knew there was interest but not to that degree towards agger and that he declined to stay at lfc. Great lad, and q fantastic player.

Learn something new from you every day. Any idea what happens to the original trophy's?
I personally thought he forced him off road intentionally. The politics of F1 seems to be ruining it for me. Best race this year just shows Mercs dominate is killing the sport in my opinion.
Thank you for the reply and have a lovely evening.

JCH1992

{Ed001's Note - unless something has changed, the team get the trophies for a year and have to hand them back but the drivers and team get a replica each. Bit like the FA Cup. You don't get to keep the original to display in your trophy cabinet.}

Fair shout ed. Random one if the officials decided to award the win to Leclerc would the trophy's already awarded be swapped? Other question do you believe they have made the right decision? Thank you for all the hard work you do as always over all the pages.

JCH1992

{Ed001's Note - it always had to be swapped in the past, but the trophies they get to keep are replicas anyway and they don't get them immediately, if I remember correctly.

I think they made the wrong decision, he quite clearly makes a move to straighten the car out to drive Leclerc off the track. It was a needless thing to do as he had made a clean pass and was much faster. All he had to do was continue to steer round the corner and he was away anyway.}

Just a question ed what do you think of the time taken to make a decision for a penalty? Over 2 hours surely the FIA should have a method to solve these matters quickly.

JCH1992

{Ed001's Note - once the race is finished it doesn't really matter how long it takes though. It is more important that they get it right.}

I have fished around Alderney a few times on boat. The water around there is quite nasty. On the north of the island you have the races with really strong currents and the south is not much better. I like everyone have my fingers crossed but with the currents I would be extremely surprised.
