Quincy Promes will sign for LFC in January. I am not saying we need him, I am not saying I want him, I am just passing on a rumour.

If any f the EDD'S r around, is there any truth in the rumours that QUINCY PROMES will be at the game on New Year's Eve.
{Ed001's Note - I have no idea, but I fail to see that it matters as he is friends with Wijnaldum and so could easily take in a match to see a mate. I would expect Xabi Alonso to be there too, as he always tends to come over to watch games at this time of year.}

I could see someone like Promes making sense but only in the summer and only if we either fail to keep Coutinho from the clutches of Barca, or look to sell Sturridge.
Barring that we already have 5 top forwards and the likes of Ojo, Wilson and Woodburn coming through.

Media reporting Mainz goalkeeper Karius has agreed to join us and we will pay his release clause. Zielinski Agent has also been saying his client will have his future sorted very soon. Looks like Ed01 right regarding we are going in early for our targets.

One or two more additions, some trimming and bits more development for origi, firmino, can, Moreno, clybe and were rocking.

Ojo and Wilson were both given loan opportunities and neither pulled up trees. Why shouldn't we be looking at bringing in better younger players. It would be nice for the academy lads to come through and become regulars, but they have to perform better than the other players in the squad to do so. We have bought Origi into the squad at the expense of Jerome Sinclair. Joe Gomes instead of Lloyd Jones. Grujic instead of Brannigan. We bought allen de souse to replace Rossitor, why? Because they are deemed more likely to be future ist team players, and they are better, yet they are not ready to replace the players that have the spot in the team now. To compare Brandt, Dahoud and pulisic with any of our under 23's now is pretty silly.

They are both way above Ojo and Wilson in terms of quality. That's the truth, if it wasn't then Klopp would have Shey and Harry starting, or on the bench every week. Or are you saying our manager doesn't trust them for another reason.

Last season Klopp gambled on the Europa League being his best shot at gaining a champions league qualification, at the expense of a league position. This time he has made it clear by selection that the top 4 takes priority. He will now choose is best 11 available for the rest of the season. We should just support the team and try and help them achieve the best league position we can.

We lost the game in the 2 minutes 39 seconds of injury time on goals scored. Let's not argue about the 90 minutes played or the previous games played in the season. Fact Liverpool lost the title in 1989 in injury time. If John Barnes takes the ball to the corner flag instead of trying to get something out of the game, imo we win the title. Gerrards slip with 2 games to play had less impact on us winning the league than John Barnes being on the edge of the opponents box and trying to create a chance, rather than taking the ball to the corner flag and seeing the game out. I blame neither Gerrard or Barnes by the way. Just saying that the title can be lost in injury time, because it has.

Steve Mcmahon is heard and seen to indicate 2 minutes to go in the last game of the season when we were already losing the game. We lost the title in the last 2 minutes in 1989.
