I would personally go all out to sign Mata, Salah and Fernando this window, or some one similar who can boss midfield.
Sure it will cost a few bob but if we achieve champions league then a wise move.
At the mo I see us struggling to achieve that elusive spot as we simple are not good enough from back to midfield with BRs current set up.
Its ok buying all the youngsters for the future but a wise man would worry about NOW.

I have to say the other Liverpool posts page is far superior to the banter page, only just saw it and after reading it I think people on the banter page live in cuckoo land.
The other posts page just about sume everything up with what's wrong with the team at the mo, very constructive indeed.

we flatter to deceive, Johnson is garbage for the umpteenth game, skrtel got a goal yes but a massive liability defensively and at fault fro second goal again, Agger is way off the pace and shouldn't be playing, Allen is so lightweight and contributes nothing its a joke.
When o when is BR going to address the same problems that have been so evident from day one.
He needs to man up and rid the club of the very average at best players we have.
I saw an ed say Johnson is supposedly good in training, shame he doesn't play the games like that then.
Hopefully this will be printed as i'm sure most agree, I've been saying it for a long long time, I see it you see it why don't the powers that be see it?

good result today but i'm afraid we are still inept at defending, Skyrtle is a liability on set pieces, Johnston is past his sell by date and Lucas looks poor lately. Shame these problems with the monies spent are still evident for everyone to see.

I still think Michu would be a good shout at this stage, I said weeks ago just pay the money if its reasonable.
He would be a quality signing and fit into the team/system very well.
15+ goals per season guaranteed in my opinion plus links up play really well.
