I don't think I could care less about a player staying or leaving. And I mean that in the best way. Love Dan, I think he is one of the most talented players we've ever had, so would happily keep him, I'm not paying his wages. Then his injuries mean we have no idea what we would get from him all season and if he is to go we seen last year Liverpool play some blinders with sales and I suspect that there would be a lot of money coming if he were to go.

The situation with Sturridge is a difficult one. When fit, he can be a world class striker but due to his injury record, it would make sense to let him go if a decent offer arrives. Will he be back to his best and stay injury free, is anyone's guess. But judging from last season, I felt that he was not the same Sturridge anymore as in, you can see that he will not push himself too hard when chasing balls and its not because he's lazy but he doesn't want to risk getting injured again. On top of that, he wouldn't want to be a bench player if we were to pick Firmino ahead of him. or someone else as a matter of fact.

Grey would be an awful signing, not ready for us whatsoever. If you have watched him enough times for leicester you would realise he's got lot of work to do to become a top player. No end product and his final ball is awful. Hardly starts for Leicester.

Thing is that Owen and Fowler were genuine supremely talented youngsters who were always good enough to make it, their awareness, intelligence and end product was far above their years. Demerai Gray has none of the qualities needed at the highest level and never will have, you cannot coach that into a player.

Thing is Jonny, Solanke is widely accepted as a talented player, and at 2/ 3m it's a good deal. But 15m for Gray? No way. He's never shown anything to suggest that he's got what it takes at the top level.

First time posting Van Dijk is a contract length issue not so much wages think this will be rectified. The wage offered to Mandy was 40% reduction on what he is currently on that will definitely not happen. Liverpool are 100% interested in Mahrez not sure if that will happen and finally a team in France have offered 80m for harry Kane which will come out in the press soon.
