We all knew that Everton would come at us but the level of our performance tonight is absolutely shocking we ate getting out muscled all over the pitch. I don't believe that there is one Liverpool player who can say they are happy with their performance so far. It's this slow build up possession rubbish that p. es everyone off giving Everton all the time in the world to set up defensively and yet again our finishing is letting us down. If we continue to play this garbage we could be there for the next 20 yrs and wouldn't score absolutely terrible to watch season filtering out on a whimper unless attitudes and performances in this game start to improve vastly.

WTF, how and why are we constantly conceding first?

It looks like Klopp hasn't been able to figure this problem out!

This season could be all over this evening, and it would be such a shame for Klopp to bow out in this manner. I sincerely hope we find a way back and at least take the season to the very end!

We should sell Salah while we can still get a reasonable amount. I think we should also sell Nunez and Diaz. Or we can keep Diaz as a squad player. We need forward players who are much more clinical.

Mo has been out of sorts since he came back from AFCON. Looks like the god awful tactics and style of play don’t suit him. Mind you playing in front of that back four would frustrate the life out of me as well. Both CB’s have been awful tonight, worst I have seen big Virg play. No bite in midfield and no teeth up front. Mac as a 6 dulls him and Slob as a Henderson mk2 just doesn’t work. Shame we are going out like this. I’ll wish Klopp all the best and look forward to next season.

Sky sports kept tweeting 'as it stands' claiming that Arsenal were going 4 points clear. Clearly we don't even exist in their world.

Northernbeastie Chelsea had loads of very good chances in the game too, if that had been us we would’ve all been told how different it could’ve been if Chelsea had taken their chances.

This website would be in meltdown with people saying how poor we are defensively.

Arsenal were decent in the second half but Chelsea gave up, the defending was laughable.

Before that though Chelsea could and should’ve had a couple of goals themselves. Jackson missed 2 absolute sitters, Gallagher should’ve scored, Gabriel hit his own post, Enzo had a decent chance. It’s just Arsenal’s luck to get Chelsea when Palmer is injured. He’s the only player they have who knows where the goal is.

The 5-0 scoreline flattered Arsenal but I do have to say Odegaard was brilliant in the game. Best player on the pitch by a mile it’d be interesting to see Arsenal if he gets injured.
