So sky have just announced that Chelsea are now favourites to sign Werners
Ed's can you shed any light on this.

{Ed002's Note - Other sides have an interest in Werner as I have explained. Liverpool have not contacted RBL or made an offer but have disrupted there player through a series of illegal approaches. RBL have spoken with other sides including Inter Milan and Chelsea but have maintained the stance that the player has had his head turned. If an acceptable offer has been made by Chelsea then they will have permission to talk with the player. It is then down to the player to decide if he wants to make the move - and remember he has previously expressed a desire to join Bayern Munich, Manchester United and Liverpool. If Liverpool do wish to buy the player, and they should do the principled thing, then they need to make an acceptable offer for the player - but as I have explained money may well be an issue to Liverpool. So the ball is in the court of the player and Liverpool. But there remains some way to go.}

Might be wishing but could this be a ploy by his agent to force liverpool to the table ed? As we know he wants to play for klopp.
