So shaq and Grujic are staying and because only one can be registered (I know the wp for Grujic) so it looks like itâ€™s shaq that gets registered what will happen Grujic!
I think its bad form heâ€™s a good player and heâ€™s been left in the crap here?

The winter transfer window is only 3 months away. It will not be such a blow on the career of those players to train without play time for the next 12 weeks. Not ideal and it sucks but not as crushing as some think IMHO.

Feel so sorry for Grujic, the way he's been treated is as embarrassing as losing 7-2 to Villa. He's been pushed from pillar to post but always worked hard and never moaned. He must be a strong character, the sort we need. Meanwhile Keita, the worst buy in our history, strolls out on to the pitch on a red carpet each week. Crazy. Baffling. I simply cannot believe that Keita is playing on merit, I'm sure it's just because of his price tag and to avoid the people at the club responsible for signing from losing face. We've seen managers stubbornly giving playing time to below par players before, and it's always ended in tears.

I'm loving the hypocrisy of everyone here feeling so bad for Grujic whilst calling for another of our players head. I'm not saying Grujic is bad or if he's left not being able to play football for a few months isn't extremely poor club management. However is there any need to use every conversation to slate the next flavour of the month that is our "worst player". You've not watched Liverpool for long if you think any of these lads come close to being the worst that we've had.

Kloppdog, just to clarify, I wrote that he was the "worst buy" in our history, i. e. in financial terms. I don't think anyone would argue that 4 assists in two years is a poor return on investment for 54M! I think the majority of fans are just fed up with Keita, and feel sorry for Grujic. It's not really hypocritical at all. And yes, I do unfortunately remember Babb, Dundee, Poulson and many other candidates for the 'worst player' in our history. Cheers.

Every one getting carried away, werder Bremen had to scrap a deal because they couldn't get their finances together, why are we obliged to just give him away for less than his worth?

He's going on a full season loan to Porto which is a move that offers him good opportunity to play football for a club with high expectations and it's up to him to prove he can continue progressing and perform at a high level. We now can watch him for another season and take his future from there. Milner, wijnaldum and Henderson will possibly all have clearer squad futures by next summer and grujic might perform for Porto to earn his Liverpool place by then. We simply couldn't fit him in this season with our midfield options and number of non HG needing to be tidied up.

Calm down with the dramatic scathing ideas that we've ruined his career or that we owe him anything that our management clearly don't yet trust he has earned.
