Stuttgart striker Sasa Kalajdzic said about two weeks ago he really likes Liverpool and that the club is special to him. 13 open play goals in 15 starts in the Bundesliga and got 2 tonight vs Scotland. Turning 24 this summer. Have we ever had any interest for him to name drop us or maybe he's just a supporter. He's 6 foot 7 imagine Trent and Robertson crossing into him. Salah/ Mane/ Jota were good at linking up with big strikers in Dzeko/ Pelle/ Jimenez before we signed them. He wouldn't expect to come in as a starter so could be a good Origi replacement, then next summer with more money and a better market for strikers we could move on and replace Firmino.

Well you see I don't tnk klopp or owners will be fine with short term fixes. we nly got cb after so many got out at the deadline day. so I doubt we will go for someone if he doesn't fit our system. i Haven't seen him so I don't know about it. if he fits we may go probably.

I reckon he would fit in well, for a big lad he’s got very good vision and skill, he’s more a mix between a number 9 and a number 10, he’s good in the air, has very good awareness of what’s going on around him, looks to play in others and can score goals, physically strong as an ox too. Maybe he’s not the quickest, but he’s certainly at least as quick if not a bit quicker than Firmino and he’s got good ball control and quick feet. If we went for him or Alexander Isak I’d say that would be smart buying. Given that we’re never going to sign Haaland or Mbappe or anyone of that level, we need to be looking at who can get to that next level,

Wish people would fook off with the let’s get rid of Bobby shouts. I watched him covering Trent making tackles at right back obviously he not going to score from there but if you guys want to swap him for a goal hanger who am I to argue with stats🤷‍♀️.

John, he’s not getting any younger, he’ll be 30 this year and the evidence is that he is on the decline. At the end of the day players are just employees, employees need replacing when they become less effective. Fact of life.

Khoubaly is not an FSG signing. A significant transfer fee 30 years of age no sell on value. Thiago was an exception an outlier if you will and only because negotiated a lowing transfer fee and offered something very different.
I think Konate is much more of a FSG signing young huge potential to improve and potential large sell on value i years to come. The biggest negative I see is his injury record. It’s poor to say the least.
The Athletics David Ornston reporting Liveroool are seriously considering him.
