Ed002 - Porto have said they have received a very good offer for Vitinha but it needs to be better. Any idea if it is Liverpool related as he was one potential on your very detailed list of possibles?

Based purely on the type of player he is, I would be surprised if it's us who have bid on him.

He's more attack minded than defensive and we already have young midfielders who are arguably better than him in that position - Elliot and Carvalho and possibly Curtis too.

ED002 - I have not seen much of Vitinha, but I have watched Otavio of FC Porto on a few occasions, who was the other lad you mentioned on your definitive list of possibilities. Do you have have any info on him in your database you can share?

Otavio (RM) Liverpool have sustained interest and something may be possible. Manchester United see him as a useful midfield addition, but cannot offer CL football.
Fabio Vieira (AM) Porto want to keep the youngster and have no intention of selling. Previously Arsenal, Bournemouth and RBL have had approaches turned away. Has been watched by Spurs, Leicester, Wolves and Liverpool.

Hi eds, exactly- its only a reasonable offer and not an exceptional offer. And why arsenal who don't even have champions league football. Fabio Vieira is best creator in Portuguese league and best young talent from Portugal. Its boggle my mind.
