let him leave no point keeping a player who no longer wants to play for no matter how good he is but say to Barcelona if you want him it will cost you £198m, and if Barcelona refuse to pay that price Liverpool can say to Coutinho " you asked to leave we said you can go but Barcelona won't pay the asking price" so don't blame Liverpool.

are you in charge of negotiations now are you let's be realistic if Barcelona up there previous offer then he is gone. Personally it doesn't bother me as all clubs are selling clubs and the lure of barcelona and real Madrid particularly for south american players is huge its what they grow up dreaming of.
