Good morning all! and what a fine morning it is! What a result that was eh? We all mention individuals of this team but my god, what a TEAM we have, a group of legends right there who are going to take us above and beyond. Klopp is a genious in my eyes.

Last season was the first season in a very long time that I thought we'd win the league and we all know how that panned out. I'm going to say it again though, this season we're going to win it.

Nevermind this 'don't speak this early' nonsense, I don't believe in the jinxing BS either, I believe we'll win it. The lads had a taste of success with the CL win and want more, we're playing I wouldn't say incredible football but we're very smart on the pitch and griding out the right results, that's enough for me.

Roll on may.

Have a great day to you all!

Well said Salah.
The whole jinxing nonsense stems from years of near misses largely due to having a team that wasn’t good or steely enough, even under Rafa.
Players like Fabinho, Van Dijk, Mané and Salah are not only the best players in the world in their positions, but ice-cold winners. It should come as no surprise that we are clearly the best team in the league.

{Ed001's Note - please don't do this! Jinxing is not a nonsense. It is nothing to do with years of near misses. Shanks and Paisley would tell you to forget about any of it and just worry about the next game because otherwise the players' attitude changes. If everyone tells them it is already won, then they relax mentally.}

Ed, I completely agree from a player’s perspective. I meant from the fans - I don’t believe us saying we think we’ll win the league will in some way ‘jinx’ us from winning it.
If it affects the way that fans create atmosphere at Anfield, then I’d also agree with what you said there, but otherwise no. We’ve not had a team this good in my lifetime (admittedly I’ve never seen us win the league) .

{Ed001's Note - yes it will, because players read social media and they see people saying things like that and it gets in their head. One game at a time. Nothing is won yet and it is idiotic to suggest it is. Far bigger leads have been thrown away by great teams in the past who have become complacent. Forget about titles and trophies and enjoy that one win for what it was, 3 points, no more.}

we have had far too many near misses, let's not blow it now, the only game that matters is the next game, crystal palace away when the international break is over, we have 26 games left and 78 points to fight for, let's remain humble and calm.

Salah, I like your positivity and energy BUT pls, desist from such rhetoric. Keep an even keel, stay humble, stay hungry. We have a 9 point lead. IMO, that is just a buffer for us to rely on when we WILL be off form and lose points. Nothing more. City are in real pain BUT they will recover and come after us, mark my words. Like I said, stay focused, stay hungry and stay humble.

A couple of crucial injuries and things may not look so straight forward. Keep believing but keep those feet on the ground.

Well King Kenny, when you put it like that, maybe I'm too quick to jump the gun. I do still believe we'll do it though but yes, there's still a lot to go on. I just don't think City will match us this time around. What do I know? Not a great deal and I can get overly excited at the thought of us winning it but I do believe we will and will continue to do so until its impossible.
