Have you seen the news that Sturridge has had his contract in Turkey terminated by mutual consent?

Any idea on why he would do this outside the transfer window? Seems a bit odd doesn't it?

I had another read into the story and apparently it was his brother who was making all the bets without Sturridge's knowledge. If that is true, their next family meal is going to be quite an awkward one.

Just a question Eds, how do these people who fined Sturridge 150k get the money from him? Has the ruling got a basis in law outside football?
