If the season was declared null and void and we didn't win the title, I think id give up following football,30 years waiting for a title, lost by one point last year which any other season wins us the league, then this season on course for possible record points total having won 27 out of 29 games and a virus stops the league, I agree with the suspension of games on health grounds but surely, scrap the euros and finish the leagues when it's safe to do so should be the goal.

Agreed gmil, the will of the governing body - UEFA - should not be allowed to take preference over the individual leagues or else some clubs might get into serious financial difficulty. The euros must be cancelled or moved so that the leagues can be finished at some point. It's a no brainer, especially when the Euro location are all over the place!

Exactly johnny1970, Karen Brady calling for the league to be scraped is her trying to ensure her club isn't relegated, I'm sure a lot of clubs would suffer financially if it was scraped through missing out on promotion, tv money etc.

Agreed that there is far too much self-interest to make an objective decision.
Have to finish the league otherwise someone somewhere will suffer adversely.
