Why would anybody risk their lives for football now?
It's just not essential at this point. Let's take care of each other instead. I say let's try not to spread the virus anymore.
Just worry about not touching each other and be super clean at all times, that's so much better right now.
Who of us knows that there aren't really any liverpool players infected already?

No one wants it to return before it’s safe to do so, that’s just bonkers.

The problem at the minute is, it’s unprecedented so there is no time frame. All we can do is take a day at a time, STAY AT HOME, and look after those around you.

If we do that the rest may just fall into place.

You can expect all levels of public gatherings to be banned for up to 18 months. Football (worldwide) will have to consider new methods of monetization. It might continue but it'll be very VERY different. Just my opinion but I think streaming matches and a change in broadcast matches will have to be on the table for the near future.

I think there are plenty of people that will have football back before it is safe to play. sadly it will likely be the administrators in charge of making those decisions.
