Hypothetic question. If the season restarted and stopped again, would Liverpool be crowned champions if they had mathematically won it at that point - without having to put a case forward for a vote?

Unless next season can kick off on the 9th of August I can’t see why we wouldn’t finish this season rather than fu+-#* up 2 seasons.
