Bad news about VVD's injury. But that's life, the squad is big enough to deal with it. Matip and gomez are both good enough, and Fabinho can also play in that position.

I acknowledge Liverpool is a weaker side without van dijk. however I still think that team without him, is strong enough and will win the league.
I trust in klopp more than I have in any Liverpool manager, he will already be in the process of finding a gem of a cb for the January window.
This is a team of winners, I don't understand why fans go into doom and gloom at every incident. Instead of panicking just enjoy the ride.

I think this injury will hinder us more in the champions league.

I agree that this team is still good enough to win the league with Gomez and Matip but Matip in particular is susceptible to injuries. He won’t play 10 games in a row before getting an injury. That’ll mean Fabinho playing in defence which makes our midfield a lot weaker. I don’t think this team now can reach 90 points, thankfully right now it doesn’t look like any other team can either.

Im not sure that playing Fabinho in defence makes us weaker. The games he has played at centre-half he's been superb. Im sure Timo Werner agrees with me anyway.

Thunderbird 2, weaker to an extent BUT not as much as you think, IMO. I say this cos IMO, Klopp should come up with a system where collectively, we are harder to penetrate as soon as we lose he ball or as soon as the press does not work.

By doing this, the CB's are more protected and if Fab does play at CB, he and his partner can get more protection hence, mitigate against being overly exposed cos there ain't no VVD or Big Al to clean up. What do you think?

People need to realise everyone is suffering weird losses. We're not as tight but neither is anyone else. If city we're still playing so well I'd be worried but they're not. Who's going to win the league then? Everton? Don't make me laugh. I guarantee you they won't be top 4. If Hendo were on the pitch vs villa it would not have been 7 2.
