The bbc have reported that in tier 1 spectator sport could have 50% of the Capacity or 4000 people which ever is the least.
And tier is 2000 people.
Not a lot in Anfield I know but it’s a start. Hope we are not in tier 3!

I find it strange that City are struggling massively during lock down this season. I always thought City would be more comfortable playing games with no fans nor fan atmosphere cos well, it has always been that way at the Empty oh sorry Etihad and this, decades before C. V was even a thing.
