Johnny that is the Jurgens decision and I don't think any of us a qualified to question him.
Minimino needs games but Klopp needs our front three to get their mojo back and playing together is the way to do that.
If Minimino can adjust to the Premier League with Southampton then both him and Jota are part of our future.

Surely this is win/ win for us isn’t it? I don’t see why we’d want to question such a masterstroke.
We have a player who’s struggling to adapt so we send him out on loan and he takes points off our rivals whilst learning to adapt. We then get a much better player for next season after he’s helped us into a second place finish by scoring against the teams we are fighting against.
Genius if you ask me.

I don't want to sound like I'm giving mini stick as it was a lovely goal, but I think people are blowing it out of proportion, using it a stick to beat the team and manager with. I watched the first half of that game and other then that goal he did not perform well at all, he gave the ball away almost every time he got it with a poor pass, being too slow in his thinking and weak in possession, he even looked a little slow. I don't think we should just be judging player on highlights, then going out of our way to criticise our current squad based on that.

DR, The guy is quality. And we all know how good he is cos we all saw it with our very own eyes when he came and ripped our defence to pieces in the CL. That is no longer up for debate, man.

He has shown flashes of brilliance when called upon and the goals he has scored for us and Saints this season are of very high quality. Watch them again. His speed if execution in tight spaces is top notch and his coolness in front of goal vs Chelsea is something you cannot coach.

The question now is whether he can bba viable option we can turn to. His talent and ability as well as ruthlessness in front of goal? IMO, those issues are settled.
