Not LFC related directly, but I would like to know if anyone is as disgusted as I am wrt AFCON and what has happened in the past couple of days.

People have lost their lives, yet the tournament continues. Mane suffers a head injury and is allowed/ told to continue playing. only to be taken to hospital later.

Where are the authorities? Where is FIFA in all of this?

Maybe I don't understand the protocols or the rules but what else must happen before action is taken?

I agree, JLCBM.
I can't believe the Cameroon game went ahead. It's over 30 years since Heysel and things like that are still happening.

I am in total agreement, it has been a complete farce. I would also like to add that the level of refereeing has been terrible. Makes me wonder whether there’s been a fair bit of match fixing throughout this tournament!
