I saw the posts about how negative Martin Tyler is when it comes to Liverpool but Paul Merson must take the award for being the most anti Liverpool pundit. Just reading his comments this morning. Honestly who pays his wages?

Him and Tim sherwood are absolutely clueless when it comes to football matters. But the list is endless on that front also tbh listening to there ridiculous opinions on Liverpool is highly entertaining and just reveals their jealousy of such a Historic football club. I now only listen to what Jurgen Klopp knows about football everyone else is still trying to work the game out it seems.

Just read what he said. absolute bafoon merson. If arteta had won two trophies on penalties he'd be saying he was manager of year in a heartbeat. How can someone like pep who has unlimited funds with a huge squad be classed as the best manager. Do it with limited funds and fair dues. If klopp was there, I'm 100% confident they'd have 1 or 2 old big ears to show off.

In the 70s and 80s most school football players were given a full pass on education. Very little guidance. No plan B.
Professional footballers more so.
And yet we expect pundits with a known history of addiction like Merson to talk sense? They’re lucky they can tie their own shoe laces still.
Look at Gazza, he’s a wreck. Yes it is a shame but it is not really a surprise.
Football is littered with them.

Merson is a running joke as a pundit and sometimes you almost think he just put the bottle down before going on his mindless rants. Sherwood? I’d rather listen to someone grate his fork on a plate than listen to the utter rubbish and cluelessness that comes out of that guy’s mouth. And you know the worst thing about Sherwood, he sits there with his arrogant and smug demeanour while talking out his backside.
