Hi Ed 1, what's your guts feeling regarding Allison's injury? Do you think it will keep him out for long? If so, do you believe that Adrian will be okay in the interim?

{Ed001's Note - it is a calf problem, which is good as I was worried it would be ankle by the way his ankle went at the time. It could be anywhere from 2 weeks to 3 months, but I do fear from his description of it popping that it is a tear rather than a strain. In which case it depends on the severity but it is months rather than weeks. Fingers crossed I am wrong and it is just a strain.}

{Ed001's Note - oh sorry I forgot to answer that. Yes he is a very good back up keeper who can fill in well. I am a lot more confident with him in goal than I would be with Migs there that is for sure!!}

What did you think of Adrian Ed001? Looked good to me. Passing was crisp. Long kicks where accurate. Saved everything he should have saved which you could never say about Mignolet. I think he'll fill in well for as long as we need him too.

{Ed001's Note - I like him anyway. He was always a decent Prem keeper at West Ham.}

I think it’s a very shrewd bit of business, he is a better keeper than Migs and he fits in with the sort of keeper Klopp would prefer as he’s good with his feet as well as being competent.

He is not having number 13 on his back the club have just ordered a unique one off jersey that has Letters only and reads "ADRIANS WALL"! (as in Hadrians Wall from Roman Times! )

Ed, just read on bleacher report that it looks like 4-8 weeks which means he'll miss at least the first champions league match. Could have been much much worse.

The thing I liked about Adrian is that he looked good with his feet, so we wouldn’t have to change style and can still trust him. He also got rid once too, showing he knows when to!

Spot on, Ed. I always thought Adrian was a pretty good GK at WH. He was definitely better than the dreadful Joe Hart who he was unceremoniously benched for. I would also be more nervous were Migs still here to step in so for me right now, Allison is no longer here to start for us so we have to support Adrian full pelt, come hell or high water cos he is going to need it.
