We did have James Morton on the books a while back who I believe changed a lot of the foods that was being served to the players, as well as working on individual dietary plans and focused quite a bit on carbohydrate periodisation before he went to the hugely successful Team Sky. He is highly thought of within the evidence-based nutrition field.

Doohamlet not a lobster pot in sight. I'm a few hours north of Brisbane. There was a good chippy in Tewantin that still did real chips, as in non processed frozen, and nice crispy batter, but no longer there. Whenever I go somewhere new I always search for a place that does real chips, hard to find down here.
