Agternoon eds n reds,

I have not seen much of Rhian Brewster. What i have seen, mainly u23 im left a little disapointed after all the hype.

Is he that good? He had a bad injury, and he does score some goals but so do all our other u23, u21 and u18 strikers. I not able to see him playing live so can't always see what he offers the team, running off the ball, tracking back etc, etc.

Eds. Will he be in our first team in years to come?

Also, 3 nil to us on sunday.

Cheers me old muckers.

{Ed001's Note - he has just come back from a long term injury mate, give him time.}

Agree1 Disagree1

Do you think from what you have seen that he will be good enough for LFC.?

{Ed001's Note - before his injury he defo looked the part.}

Let’s write him off! Should be in top form straight away, reckon get rid of him as deadwood.

Can’t believe he hasn’t scored 50 goals already terrible player.

Hmmm. As i said southern, i've not seen him live so was asking for an opinion. If you have seen him, what do you think? Tell us.

Glatzel and Duncan scored a hatfull more goals before Brewster was injured.

I certainly did not write him off. I can only go on what limited time i've seen him.

Ta very much.

He Wiltshire, I’ve had the same thoughts about Brewster tbh but he did look very good before his injury. I’m sure he will get his chances when injury’s to the front 3 happen.

Big shout with the 3 zip prediction though mate? Wish I was as confident as you and most other reds. Utd will pretty much be at full strength AWB Shaw Pogba Martial all returning. Adding to James, Rashford, etc they will certainly not be a toll over and very dangerous with pace on the break. Trent and Andy will need to be in position ready for there attacks. Draw at best for me mate.

In fairness Wilshire by the age both Glatzel and Duncan were while getting all them goals last season Brewster had long being promoted permanently to the u23's. He'll come good, showed some nice stuff for England u21's last night.

Op that's a bit harsh. Let's give him till the end of the season. He might just come good for us.

16 Oct 2019 20:37:35
Sorry my reply was not to the op but that of the southern red.

He’s 19 years old and had a year out through injury. In terms of development he is 18, and it’s a crucial time. Ox has the same time out and he isn’t 100% yet, he needs time.

He is quick, has a good shot on him, seems a good lad and pretty driven, if he can work hard, learn as much as he can from Bobby, I can see him being a top player. He came on as a sub for England u21 on Tuesday, in the 60th minute, got himself an assist and won a penalty, it was against Austria granted but he looked good, Callum Hudson-Odoi looks a player.

Cheers coolbeans. Ed1 said he was the buisness.
Lets hope he starts to get more chances so we can see what he's about.

Virgil. I've read that Pogba probably won't return and is still struggling with his foot injury.

OP, be patient. Yo may get to see Brewster in our next Cara-goo-boo Cup game vs Arsenal.
