ed002 once the pubs and cinemas open do you think fans in grounds will be far behind, As they say it is much harder to catch it outside. And have you heard anything on when they want to start next season am sure I heard second week in September what is about 15 weeks away. So without a second wave hopefully in that time if we keep the r below 1 it should be fairly low. I don't know how leagues 1 and 2 could start behind closed doors and am sure the way the government is moving they would expect nearly everybody back in work by then so it seems a bit hypocritical for everybody to go to work but have no social life.

{Ed002's Note - Pubs and the like will only open with social distancing and that is not something that is viable at football grounds. The drop dead date for starting next season is September 12 to ensure all fixtures can be played. I would not expect any crowds at football games through the end of the year.}

ed002 with so much panic about this season god knows how many league 1 and 2 clubs will go bust without crowds for the first half of the season.

{Ed002's Note - Yes, it is something that the Premier League clubs should be helping out with by sharing more of their income. But not all clubs are for it.}
