For all the criticism of the possibility of coutinho coming back and the way he left, people need to understand virgil threw his dummy out the pram too come too us, as did keita and it has happened too countless teams so let's not be hypocritical . In all possibility it will be too expensive too bring him back, but it can't be ignored when he left he was a player of ridiculous quality.

But he really is not that good!

I don't really want him I had other ideas but post corona has really set us back an loans might be the only hope of fresh energy in the squad, hopefully shaqiri, lovren, grujic, lallana, wilson could give us some funds too play with but left back cover an creativity in midfield needs attention .

{Ed002's Note - So you want to break up a very sucessful side in order to add players on loan?}

I would rather see us give chances to the likes of Elliott, Jones, Williams and Larouchi than make band aid signings just for the sake of it.

Coutinho won us nothing.

putting everything else aside I'd just like to see Elliot, Brewster and co be pushed forward.

I wouldn't have a problem with him back in theory, despite how he left. My main fear with him coming back would be that our game had progressed so much since his departure, couts for all the good he was, slowed up play allot in my opinion. Or else the players would overly rely on him to produce some magic. If klopp wants him back and the club want him back then no problem.

No I don't want too break up a very good side I would like too get rid of the players who don't contribute like we need them too e. g shaq, lovren, grujic, wilson etc an if we can get a bit of money get cover/ competition for left back an at a real stretch a creative midfielder, that's 2 players added to a very successful squad cos I am assuming the players I mentioned are moving on .

{Ed002's Note - If a CB is to leave they will need to be replaced.}

Brewster won’t make it I don’t think! I hope i eat these words!

Trust in klopp now as we have done in the past don't say if Ronaldo wanted to play for UFC and he was cheap enough and klopp went for him we would support him whatever it takes to keep us where we belong at the top?

Robbie, Tommy Gunn is spot on. Cou is not even that good anymore. He is older, a busted flush that has regressed massively since his debacles at Barcelona and now Bayern where he can't even get a game. So why would Klopp (who rebuilt LFC into this well-oiled machine without Cou) want a a declining Coutinho back into the best team in England and one of the best teams in Europe and the world? This makes NO football sense at all.

Also, you and many of those clamoring for him to comeback, fail to realize that his wages (well over 200k, I think) is going to be a problem as well. We just found out that we could not sign Timo Werner (much better than Cou right now, IMO) due to lack of funds YET want us to get a declining Cou on loan. Again, this makes NO business sense at all.

This whole Cou coming back rubbish was already litigated last summer as Klopp said he was not coming back to LFC and now the recycled stuff is back again. Is it cos LFC may not be signing players this season so we would rather resign a washed-up, has-been just so we can say we signed someone?

Seriously yo'all need to let sleeping dogs lie go. Cou ain't coming back, IMO and long may it it stay that way. We have other players like Mino, Jones and Elliot who need games.
