A question for the Eds.

Why does the club suffer constantly with supply shortages for popular items?

Is it lack of planning by the club/ new balance or a lack of production capacity from New Balance. Or a bit of both?

It just seems to be ridiculous at times.

This has happened even before lockdown. The black goalkeeper kit I don't think has been in stock practically all season through the club.

The champions home kit released on Friday sold out within hours and they still haven't confirmed when they will be available again. I mean how did they not know this would be an insanely popular item!

{Ed002's Note - It is not an area of expertise but it recent months many production facilitites have been closed and in the United States I would have expected the New Balance facilities to be closed because of the pandemic and their suppliers, likely in the Far East, to have been hit as well. I can't answer about shortages of the GK kit earlier in the season.}

I'm hoping you can get a shirt you have purchased printed with the champions 19-20 and badge on it. Would be nice for the club to allow it and give something back. And I'd imagine it's easier to get plenty of letters numbers made then 10's of thousands of shirts, if not more!
