Reading through the posts and looking at what we have done over the last 2 years, we really are witnessing something special. World class and outstanding are words used often, but really fitting.

I truly think this team is outstanding and world class. The first 11 is world class. Each player was not world class before they joined, but now they are. True, there might be better players out there in their positions but none fit out system better.

We have the best keeper in the world and the best right and left back in the world. Van dyke is the best centre half in the world and homes has the potential to join him.

Gomes has the potential to be one of the best in the world.
Our centre midfielders are a perfect unit with unit being the key world. The are seamless in what they do. True, I could name 3 better midfielders but none could do their job better.

The front 3 need no fan fair. Everyone knows how great they are. Every team in the world would be terrified of playing against them. At the helm with have Kloop. He knew the task and he knew the city. He just got it. He bought the right players and let the right players go.

What a man. Don't forget he did this against a man city team that everyone thought could not be touched. Last year we ran them close and personally, I think we broke them. I think the league was won last year.

I think city knew we would be relentless this season and they knew they could not slip up and that played in their mind.

They will be better next season, but if we start sting, I see no reason why this season will be a one off. As fans we are lucky to witness what this team gives us, week in and week out. Just think about it. Only 3 games this season we have not had max points. That is crazy.

I agree with the OP about starting Sting. Every little thing he does is magic and there could be some real Synchonicity with Salah and Mane. He would have the City defenders Wrapped around his finger.

I think people underestimate the loss of Kompany to City. He may not have been at his peak last season but he had other qualities that helped drag his team to the title. He was the leader of that team the same way that Henderson is the leader of our team. He will not be easy to replace no matter how much money City spend.
