With the current "behind closed door" matches I've a question regarding scouting. Is the modern day nature of football scouting still mainly attending the matches in person or have other practises come taken over, e. g. TV viewing and statistical analysis?

Clubs do supplement their scouting with analysis and data-based systems (of which there are quite a few) and will continue to watch games on television as well. Get a Firestick, load Kodi and then the Rising Tides add-on. not that I'd dream of such a thing. You may need a VPN as well, the only thing that may cost you a small amount of money.

Thanks Johnny, but with 3 young kids and a wife who watches RuPauls Drag Race until her eyes bleed, my firestick is pretty much always in use, my football watching is limited to my laptop.

Google the team names along with Totalsportek on match day, it's been reliable for me for the past four or five years.
