If the evidence was weak they should have made it a suspended ban and taken greater time to scrutinise City if they thought there was a breach. Now UEFA look a bit foolish and that they’re incapable of enforcing their own rules properly or conducting a fair and reasonable process.

Fair enough mate. In that case seems unfair on city as most people seem to think they have done something wrong and it has mysteriously gone away.
