A question for the Ed's if you are able. I was curious as to how much sporting good company contracts impact potential transfers.
In the US, in college recruiting, the shoe company that sponsors the program can have a big part in where the recruit decides to go. I was curious if endorsement deals have any role in influencing where a player may sign. In other words, would a player who signs with adidas be less likely at all to join a team in contract with Nike.
I'm just curious as to whether there is any correlation there.
