I would love for it to be Hendo but have to say that if you are purely voting on the best player this season as an individual then it is quite hard to look past to KDB.

Agree on KDB deserving it but I would love it to be Hendo. After all they did manage to give it to Giggs in 2009 when clearly one of Vidic, Ronaldo or Gerrard deserved it.

MSG, I disagree respectfully. Giggs won in 2009 cos at the time it was thought that he was on the brink of retirement so he was voted as such like it was some type of Lifetime Achievement award, IMO.

Now If Hendo were to win it then IMO, he would have deserved it not really based upon being the overall best player in the PL this season BUT more about being the captain and chief influencer of a team that has not only smashed the PL BUT completely obliterated the competition which includes KDB's City. Also, Hendo has had a cracking season personally and trust me, we don't win the league in the manner we have done this season, w/ o him. Just my take.

Hope henderson wins it. If it were any other player but henderson in the running id be saying mane. But i think our captain deserves the special recognition for such a great season of consistency for the team. Could not agrue if KDB spoils the party. Great player, didn't watch a lot of full city games but there must have been a right few where he was either off the boil or unable to grab his team by the scruff and drag them over the line for them to be so far behind.

Can't people remember Liverpool pre C.V.? It's Jordan Henderson by a mile! He has been absolutely amazing this season. A lot of games were won by one goal and Henderson was Massive in driving us forward to get the goal. He's created, he's scored, he's defended, he's organised and his driven the boys to our first title in 30 years. Wasn't Kdb injured for much of the season? Or was that last season? He's been good but not as consistent as Henderson. When he came off and was subbed I felt worried, when he came on I felt something would happen. He's taken us to South america to grab the world club cup. I think sterling was phenomenal at the start of the season and he'd be my 2nd.

Trent for young player. If they give it to mount or greenwood it would be a crime.
