Hi ed2, completely random question and I know wouldn't happen but. if a wealthy person wanted to donate money to liverpool or any other football club on the proviso it was spent on transfers, would this be allowed? Maybe it's a stupid question but always wondered.

yeah, wouldn't be similar to the allegations that were tabled against City? something about dodgy sponsorship?
