Nah there’ll still be some muppets crying that we didn’t sign Werner. Some people neither deserve this amazing team we have nor do they deserve to be happy after signing Thiago, crying like spoilt children for weeks and accusing the owners of penny pinching and being as bad as Hicks and Gillette. Hope this site can return to being a positive place once more.

Anonymous, its been known for ages the owners don't have money, why shouldn't fans be unhappy if we aren't signing players, every pro and his dog will tell you, new signings invigorate squads and lifts everyone, we have needed it more than ever after the three seasons we have had, posters who keep knocking other fans for wanting more or having ambition need to climbed down off their high horses and see, all fans want the same for the club, success, and yes signing Werner would of been another game changer as we clearly need better back up for the front 3.

Football is a funny old game and the world is a funny old place. We've had fans on here giving their arguments (moaning people call it) that they wanted signings to push us on and then there's been the positive fans that have been giving their arguments that we didn't need any as the squad was good enough to go again and the Thiago signing didn't make financial sense due to his age and injury record.
Then low and behold it looks like we are signing Thiago and the moaners are happy but just as happy are the positive fans who said we didn't need any signings. Amazing that this signing could bring us all together lol.

Wanting the best for the team/ squad and wanting the best for the club are often 2 different things Lancaster.

We all want the best for LFC or we wouldn't be on the site everyday. It's just some people are more realistic than others.
