Cheers I wish we would of had a game the next day as I was experiencing outer body experiences for 1 day then shock for 2 days folowed by numbness for 3 days, then thinking it was all a dream for 1 hour and finally back to the old shock again . Mad one what footy can do to you but when you win after such a low it can take us up through the roof and on cloud 9 .

I tell you what happened = we got found out and villa had three or four players who just had our boys on their pockets. Ross barkley and Jack grealish and their new forward was great.

I'd say they had 9 players in their pocket. Only Mo and Robbo had decent games. But yeah if we blame it all on Gini it allows the golden boys who are exempt from criticism a get out of jail free card.

I don't think we got found out personally, it was just one of them, we didn't turn up and the team as a whole didn't look up for it at all, villa really went for it and shocked us especially after that first goal, our heads drpped too much. Villa played well and got a deserved 3 points. That's all there is to it imo, now Everton will pay for it when we batter them at weekend. We have a point to prove now, it was simply a one off and as gutted as it was, after our WIN at the weekend, it will no longer be talked about.

It was the first match I've missed watching live in the last 4-5 years. When I read the score and read the commentary here the next day, I was really surprised. But then again, when you think about it, it's not like the sky turned red or something.

Most agree it's the most competitive league in the World, where the 20th in the standings can upend any of the league leaders on any fine day. You just need a combination of one side playing well enough against the other who is not playing well at all, regardless of their standings. People have forgotten we just had our clocks cleaned by Man City a short time ago.

So it's very possible. But I will admit that there's a hint of "easing up on the gas pedal" by our boys ever since last season's post C.V. restart. I really think it's time for Klopp and his team of coaches to re-establish some focus that may have been lost, and even to tighten the screws a bit. But it's no time for panic as if we have become a mid table team or something. Just a bad day at the office.

Robbie, found out how? LFC have lost TEN of it's last 130 games in the PL (Averaging one lost in 13 PL games) or something like that, I read somewhere. Undefeated at home in 63 PL games? Sorry, those losses are outliers/ aberrations and not a trend, based on the immense sample size and body of work here, bro.

Villa played a great game and per Klopp, they wanted it more. We played like we could not be arsed, failed to adjust or up the tempo nor fix issues on the pitch. Our heads were not there, it seemed and certain players are in poor form right now. That is not being found out. It is just not competing and giving yourself a any chance of even competing on a fundamental level. If cannot do any of these then, you will lose for sure, regardless of who you play.
