As anyone heard whether Thiago is available at the weekend. He looks a great player, but I'm a bit worried about his lack of availability. Although the tackle on him was a shocker, It didn't seem to catch him fully, but he's been out a while. A bit worried he will be class but made of glass. Nice bit of poetry at the end for you heathens.

Didn’t catch him fully! Is that a joke? We are lucky he didn’t break his leg. The fact that he is potentially back this early shows he is not made of glass.

If you consider the tackle and the impact injury that even the most fit players will get hurt by it's positive that he was back training within 2 weeks. Because we played a chunk of games since with fixtures every 3 or 4 days and then international break it's easy to think he's been injured for long which he hasn't and actually made a good recovery in reality.

I’ll be honest, my opinion of Thiago was that he would be too lightweight for the premier league and too injury prone, but in the two games he played he looked anything but a lightweight. He was just on the wrong end of an awful, reckless challenge that would have taken out any player for a period of time. Hopefully that cretin Richarlison will reflect upon it after he had something very similar done to him by Cavani during the international break. Was funny hearing him complain about it after he’d committed an equally awful challenge.
