Brilliant.3-0 doesn't reflect the chances.

We all talk about Mane, Jota etc etc. And rightly so but how important is Milner still to the team.

He was overrun a couple of times in the beginning of the game, but they never capitalized on it. And he brings so much more to the team elsewhere, wherever he plays.

Milner is the consummate professional. No doubts there. But also, Gini had another quietly brilliant game in midfield. Snuffed out danger, kept the ball moving. Good win. As for Jota, he looks a bargain and an absolute piece of daylight robbery. For context, Arsenal paid £72m for Pepe.

Thought Jones was impressive, Jota is so strong on the ball for a man of his stature, Milly was excellent in 2 positions, Robbo deserves a rest mid week cos the man is running himself into the ground week in week out.

And delighted for Bobby getting a goal his performance deserved.

Thought it was fantastic performance and the boys brought in showed class. The score flattered Leicester and could of of been much worse. Keita hasn't been mentioned but he looked lively and committed a few fouls to break up play. When he has played in the past the midfield is loose but today I thought he put in a good performance. Hopefully it was precautionary cause a good run of games would do a world of good for him.

You're right drogie. Milner always puts in a 7 performance, and he's got that reputation now. I think people sometimes forget that he puts in plenty of 8 and 9 displays too. Especially in big matches. I heard him a lot tonight. He was very vocal which I feel was important without hendo or vvd. Great game.

Great play from our boys, no doubt. Milner is a legend, man. The guy seems to play lore with his brains and high football IQ instead of his physical attributes. Ax a RB, I felt he actually played on the front foot spraying goo passes and making good decisions while in possession. The stats will never show these essential and intricate things cos well, you can only measure them with your eyes. He is just as important as any of the big stars we have and I am sure they know it. Up Da Pool!
