For me, Thiago has time to get fully fit so I would not even try to rush him back as that injury was clearly more serious than just a severe bruise.

Id rather see fab in dcm but after watching the lad at atlanta (Williams) he looks a prospect and remains one. Fab is surprising brilliant at cb. Fab and matip is ony one player away from our strongest cb paring.

I am not keen on starting r. Williams. He is like VVD in his nonchalant style but for me he went missing for Atlanta’s second (loss of concentration and left the player free to score), but he is young and has plenty of time to learn.

Manoftodd, Rhys is a kid still learning the game. Comparing in any way to VVD, is just plain unfair and wrong.
