Horrific. I watched it. I don't think he'll play again. Pure class, proper centre forward. I hope he makes a full recovery. If he does get back to his best he has a big old pair on him.

I watched it as well, Robbie. The noise of the collision shook me to my core. Then, I learned that Jimenez got operated for a fractured skull. Are you kidding me? I just hope he recovers well enuff to lead a normal life cos football is the last thing anyone should be thinking of.

Agreed RM mate, and if it were me it'd have a serious effect psychologically.

I know I'll get slaughtered for this. Buy anyone who has played cb knows that evdn of yoy can't get the ball you go aznyway, to put the striker off. And i know the morality police will be out in force but cbs regularly lay one on the cfs head, on purpose.
