I know the last few weeks hasn't been our best, but I really think this weekend will kick start the 2nd half of the season. We knew it would be a close season with the injuries we have had, but no point in moaning. Time to turn back to last season and show our mental strength. Biggest game of the season which our players normally turn up for. Good win and it might give them the confidence we've lost. And don't forget, if we lose, no moaning no matter what happens. We starting to get a rep this season.

I don't think we normally turn up for Man U, our recent record is pretty average. But yeas time to stand up and be counted and show how good we are. Its a must win game IMO.

We've more to fear from crap refereeing and their dubious penalty record than from the team themselves.
the players will be stung by being knocked off the top spot, no mistake.
I'm expecting a positive response to that, I just don't want dodgy officiating to cost us yet again this season.

Thunderbird 2 - the last 10 league games read 2 wins, 5 draws and 3 losses, though Klopp was not in charge for the first of these 10 games. Whatever way you try to justify that it’s a mediocre record.

It’s not a bad record by any stretch thunderbird. But I do feel there have been too many draws when they’ve been much poorer team than ours for a good few years. Our attackers have tended to struggle in the recent past with these games. We’re a much better side than they are, just hope we show it on sunday.

Where did Lowelfc mention Man Utd. He mentioned the last 10 league games which by Liverpool's standards is mediocre. That can't be argued, nothing to do with Man Utd at all.

Personally I think we turn up against City (apart from when we turned up Pi##ed), Chelsea, Spurs, Arsenal, Leicester, Everton and Wolves etc. But we’ve not turned up In recent years against Utd. And by turned up I mean the intensity and attacking threat that we have against the other teams I’ve just mentioned. We seem to have played within ourselves. Saying that though Utd haven’t turned up against us either. Hopefully Sunday is a different affair and it’s not a case of another cagey cautious no risk draw from both teams.

Irish I think Lowe was talking about Utd mate in reply to thunderbird. As he said Klopp wasn’t in charge for the first of the 10 games. And I’m pretty sure Klopps been here longer than 2 months.

Klopp's record vs Utd has that many draws cos both Ole and Jose are bus parkers and see a draw as being a 'masterclass' (whatever the heck that nonsense means) . They make it difficult for our team under Klopp hence, the more draws we have had.

As for turning up vs Utd, I feel we always turn up for them and even Fergie had a decent amount of batterings at Anfield during his tenure as well. We are BIG GAME players esp under Klopp and I am sure we will show that again come Sun.
