Not strictly LFC related (although you never know! ) but did anyone see James Maddison's interview after the Leicester Chelsea game last night? Good to hear someone with something fresh to actually say. Seems to have a great attitude and work ethic. Wouldn't mind seeing him in one of our no 8 roles . instead of the likes of Keita, who always scares me when I see him playing (not very often) as he seems to lack any desire at all. I know we would not sign him (as he would be mega bucks), I just enjoyed his interview.

I've watched madison a few times this season, the games I've seen he doesn't do enough off the ball to fit the way we play, he was anonymous for large periods of the game. but there is no doubt about his quality and I'm sure would do well at any top team.

I’d love us to sign him, i think Klopp could make him world class and Maddison is my daughters name, spelt the same as well.

Klopp cannot work miracles with just any player as we have seen with Naby, Moreno and to a lesser extent Katie’s. Maddison has to do and show a bit more consistency and work rate off the ball for me cos he has a license to roam at Leicester and that won’t happen here under Klopp.
